UNOsphere IEX Resins are produced in a controlled single-step polymerization using matrix, crosslinker, and functional monomers. These ion exchange resins have excellent pressure-flow properties and perform well in capture, intermediate, and polishing purification steps.

The combination of large pores and good flow properties make Macro-Prep IEX Resins useful for a variety of biomolecule purifications like plasma proteins and virus-like particles.
