Honorary Associate Professor, School of Chemical Engineering at the University of New South Wales, Australia

Dr. Julian Cox earned his PhD in microbiology at the University of Queensland and he is an Associate Professor in Food Microbiology at the University of New South Wales, Australia. He has 30 years' experience in food microbiology, particularly working with Salmonella and Campylobacter. He has an international reputation in teaching and research of rapid diagnostic methods for the food industry.

Yannick joined Bio‑Rad’s Food Science Division in 2005. He has 20 years' experience in veterinary testing and food microbiology. He is also a member of the AFNOR V08B French standardization commission for food microbiology test methods and of the AFNOR Agri‑food Validation Commission as well as technical reviewer for the NF Validation Technical Board.
